The Process
1. Consultation
First we set up a phone call or email to discuss the project and personalization including boundaries, points of interest, and specific locations or icons wanted.
2. Boundary
Next, we send out a draft of the geography and boundaries to be approved. Edits can be made if needed.
3. Icons & Revisions
Lastly, we add icons on the map and send the final design for approval. One round of edits can be made. Once the design is confirmed, the totes are printed and shipped!

Keep In Mind
Please let us know exactly what you are looking for - locale, custom option, quantity, and bag style.
Our design and production schedule can vary, so please check with us for an accurate turnaround time. If you contact us 5 months before your event, pricing and turnaround may be difficult to project and therefore be subject to change.
For custom projects, we can print the design in a color of your choice and we can match Pantone colors.
All designs are property of Maptote. We will send you artwork for approval before we print. Please note, final design decisions are made at the discretion of Maptote. That said, we encourage input and feedback. Redesigns may lead to additional fees. A 50% deposit is required at commencement of design and remaining balance is due at the time of shipping.
We do offer bulk discounts on totes from our existing line if you purchase a minimum of 30 totes. To inquire about or set up a bulk order, please email wholesale@maptote.com.
