We are excited to announce that California won our poll for the next location! Looks like the big states pulled in some big votes as our winner was trailed closely by Texas. Keep an eye out for our next poll and more news on the up and coming California design.
We recently did a collaboration with Twenty8Twelve where we designed an up-close street map of some of London’s most popular areas. We loved learning more about London, especially because of the Summer Olympics!
Here at Maptote we have been busy busy BUSY getting ready for this summer’s round of trade-shows and perfecting our new catalog! A few weeks ago we did a trans-borough photo shoot (in both Manhattan and Brooklyn) with the lovely Kate Mathis who is not only a friend but also an amazing photographer who has done work for Garnet Hill, and Martha Stewart Living ….just to name a few! Above is a sneak peak of some of the shots from the photo shoot – including a number of our new products: Pencil Pouches, a USA Beach tote, Portland Toddler Tees, and a Makeup Pouch. A special thanks to Chiara, owner of Molasses Candy on Etsy, for generously letting us use her beautiful home (and two adorable boys – lollipops in hand) for the shoot!
